33 Things I’ve Never Told You (or, How to Re-Introduce Yourself and Kick Your Watered-Down Self in the Ass)

Today, I turned 33

To kick off this new chapter in my blogging life, I’m going to start by sharing 33 things you may not know about me. Hopefully you’ll know more about the real me after reading this. And then later, if I get back to not sounding like my full self on the blog again, you can call me on it, OK?
There’s no turning back now. Here we go:

1.I’m 33, but my friends range from early 20s to mid-60s. Just last week I met a friend in his 20s in the afternoon, and then had dinner with my teachers and two friends in their late 50s. Age is in your mind.

2.I believe firmly in attachment parenting and find that this approach is very intuitive to me. This means that I breastfeed, babywear, and co-sleep. I do not spank or let my child “cry it out”.
3.I enjoy nature and the outdoors and want my child to spend a lot of time outdoors being physically active too.                                                                        Playing and swimming party (Staycation) at our gar…

My Big Boy. Ang dahilan kung bakit ako bumabangon sa umaga. Ang dahilan kung bakit sa kabila ng aking maraming mga kahinaan, sa gitna ng aking maraming mga pagkakamali, mayroon pa rin akong puwede ipagmalaki. Ikaw, para kanino ka bumabangon?

I am worth a lot

In a brief conversation, a man asked a woman he was pursuing the question, "What kind of man are you looking for?"

She sat quietly for a moment before looking him in the eye and asking, "Do you really want to know?" Reluctantly, he said, "Yes." She began to expound...

"As a woman in this day and age, I am in a position to ask a man what he can do for me that I can't do for myself. I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any man...or woman for that matter. I am in the position to ask, "What can you bring to the table?"

The man looked at her. Clearly, he thought that she was referring to money. She quickly corrected his thought and stated, "I am not referring to money, I need something more. I need a man who is striving for perfection in every aspect of life.

He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, and asked her to explain. She said, "I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection mentally…
