Deliberately Mom's Pregnancy Preparation

I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and the OB explained to me that I will have difficulty on getting pregnant but I did not lose hope so  I took medicines and regular check up even praying for a miracle because deep inside I wanted to experience to become a mother. Hey I wanted to see my "little Rhoda".
I can still remember and feel my emotion four years ago when I found out that I was pregnant. I cried, smiled, scared, worried... I can't explain my emotion. I know it is a MIRACLE. The baby is GOD's GIFT to me. And I am so BLESSED.
My pregnancy is unplanned but we welcome it with open arms (and embraced it!)

Here's what I did: I talked to the father of my baby, discussed the plan and everything.Discussed it with my family. They are surprised but they supported my decision. (that is what I like in my family)Discussed it with my Boss. She is like a second mother to me. She gave me tips and advice on pregnancy and even made adjustments on m…

Nestle Wellness Fitfil Boot Camp at BGC, ATC, and MOA

I am a busy person. A Full time Librarian, a Hands-on Mom, a Graduate student and a Blogger
Working Mom of a child at any age, especially a toddler, can be very easy to become stressed. Uncontrolled stress can have so many negative effects on mind and body, but one thing for sure, it slows you down. As a busy Mom, I can’t afford to slow down, so finding a way to reduce stress level is the key
Being  healthy is an important foundation for parenting today for many reasons. Primarily, to set an example of leading a healthy life for your children, in order for them to grow into healthy adults, and to be the best person they can be. Children are sponges, and they literally absorb everything around them. That is one of the reasons why I feel that I can be the best Mother to my Son if I am at the greatest level of health and fitness for myself.
Glad to know NESTLE WELLNESS FITFIL BOOTCAMP is happening again.

It is a 12 session program running 3 times a week happening at BGC, MOA and ATC. I am s…
